PC Little Spoon is an independent producer of artisan jams, chutneys and sauces. The brand is built around handmade production, transparency and direct connection with customers.
The work focused on documenting the brand in the environments where it naturally operates. This included photography at local markets, and the hand-crafted nature of the products production.
Establishing a food brand and the person behind it
The resulting body of work combines documentary-led photography with video content that supports the brand across digital platforms. Together, the work presents PC Little Spoon as a confident, independent food producer, grounded in process, place and direct customer engagement.
