BALTIC MARKET

Baltic Market is a street food and events venue in Liverpool, home to independent traders and regular gatherings.

Event photography was commissioned across a range of in-house events, with the aim of capturing the market’s atmosphere and social energy rather than documenting individual performances or schedules.

Photography was produced across events including, but not limited to, New Year’s Eve celebrations, an 80s quiz night and a live comedy night. The work focuses on food, drinks and audience interaction, how people gather around tables, move through the space and spend time together.

Rather than treating each event as a standalone campaign, the imagery reflects the character of the venue across different moods and occasions. Attention is given to crowd density, lighting and gesture, capturing the feeling of being there.
